Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
LOCAL DELIVERY: Chilliwack
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 1:00pm during store hours will be delivered within two business days.
Flat rate delivery fee of $6.00 applies to local orders under $75. Free local (Chilliwack) delivery over $75.
Abbotsford / Harrison Hot springs local deliveries incur higher delivery costs ($10.00 for orders under $75, and $6.00 for orders over $75.00) and are only delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on carrier rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CURRENCY
For most countries, the price you see will be in your country’s currency if our website recognizes where you are by Geolocation Tracking. At checkout, you will see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes that will be paid on your behalf. You will not be responsible for any additional charges or fees.
If you don't see your country available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that destination.
EXCHANGE RATES
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates.
DUTIES & TAXES
International taxes, tariffs and any VAT will be shown in your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by each country. The charges shown at Checkout and the order total you see at checkout is your final order cost. You may be required to pay any additional fees at the time your order is delivered. (Please note that this can vary by country and if you do not see any taxes or duties at checkout, you will be responsible to pay them before your shipment is delivered. SHIPPING TIME
Most orders will arrive 5-18 business days after your order has shipped but you will see a shipping range at Checkout. The shipping window provided is just an estimate and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS
Returns are conducted on a case-by case basis. Please contact customer service if you are requesting a refund for a transaction outside of Canada.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
The International Warranty process will vary depending on the issue. Please contact Customer Service for further information.
ITEMS MISSING FROM ORDER / WRONG PRODUCTS IN ORDER
We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives with no mistakes but for all international orders, we cannot ship missing items separately. In the event your order does not arrive complete or there is a product mix up, please contact customer service for further information.
