Ingredients: Rooibos, Cacao bean pieces, Carob, Calendula + Marigold + Sunflower petals, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant).

To Steep: For a 16 oz mug, add 1 tbsp of tea to your tea infuser of choice (reusable tea bag, mesh ball, basket infuser, etc). Pour boiled water over infuser and allow tea to steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove infuser and enjoy! Add a splash of milk or milk alternative for a cozy and creamy cup, a teaspoon of white or brown sugar for some smooth indulgence, or enjoy as-is.
