Dry organic adzuki beans.
To Cook: Rinse beans under water then place in a large bowl and generously cover with water (beans expand 2-3 times their size, use a large bowl) Let soak overnight.
Rinse your beans well and add them to a large pot, cover the beans with several inches of water, and bring everything to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until they reach your desired tenderness, 45-60 minutes, or until tender, adding more water as needed.
2 cups=420g, 3 cups = 635g
