    Know Your Oils

It’s a good idea to research any essential oils you use to make sure they are suitable for your lifestyle. For example, some oils are better suited for use around children or during pregnancy than others. Knowing all the potential benefits and precautions of each will help you have the best essential oils experience possible!

    Essential Oil Blends to Try

Blending essential oils can be a super fun, creative, and beneficial experience. To help you find a blend you’ll enjoy, we’ve created a few great blends from some of our community members’ favourite essential oils.

This is not an exact science, so feel free to adjust these blends as you like to create something you’ll love. As you experiment we recommend that you create lighter blends if there are kids or pets around, and aim for a dilution of 3% or less for frequent topical application to ensure the safest and most beneficial use of your oils.
